Where to find the rules for using Ysra, what you see in the app when you accept them, when a request is refused, and when an account is put on hold.

On this page

Everyone who uses Ysra agrees to its Terms and its Acceptable Use Policy. This page points you to them and explains what you'll see in the app. It doesn't restate the policies: the legal pages are the only version that counts.

The policies#

Document What it covers
Terms The agreement between you and Ysra.
Acceptable Use Policy What you may not use Ysra for, including through Workers, Experts, published sites and previews.
Privacy Policy What personal data Ysra handles and why.
Sub-processors The companies that process data on Ysra's behalf.

The rules apply to everyone on your account and in your workspace, and to everything done through Ysra: prompts, files, code it writes or runs, actions in connected services, and what you publish.

Accepting the terms#

You accept the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy when you sign up or accept an invitation, by ticking I accept the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. When the terms change, an Our terms card appears the next time you open the app: tick the box and choose Continue to keep using Ysra, or choose Sign out.

When a request is refused#

If a request goes against the policy, Ysra doesn't do it and says so in one line:

I can’t help with that. It goes against Ysra’s acceptable use policy.

If the request was legitimate, add context and ask again: for example, say that a security test is on a system you own or have permission to test.

When an account is on hold#

An account can be put on hold while it's reviewed. While it's on hold, a line across the app reads “Your account is on hold while it’s reviewed. You can read your work; nothing new runs.”

  • You can still open and read your conversations, threads and files.
  • Nothing new runs: no new answers, Code tasks, Worker runs or publishes.

If you think this is a mistake, write to support@ysra.ai.

Reporting abuse#

Public Experts and sites published on Ysra have a Report abuse link. It opens a short form; every report is reviewed. You can also report something at ysra.ai/report or write to abuse@ysra.ai.
