Sharing a conversation
Share a Knowledge conversation as a frozen, read-only link — what the recipient sees, what is left out, how expiry works and how to revoke it.

Share a Knowledge conversation with anyone — no account needed — as a frozen, read-only link.
Create a link#
From the conversation, choose Share, then set when the link should expire (a week by default). Copy the link or, on the phone, send it through the share sheet.
What the recipient sees#
- The conversation exactly as it was when you shared it. Messages you add later never appear through that link.
- The answer text and minimal citation labels.
What is left out#
To keep your workspace private, a shared conversation omits:
- private document and connection details;
- source links and excerpts;
- evidence details;
- proposed actions;
- attachments and generated files.
Manage and revoke#
The share menu lists every link for the conversation — active, expired and revoked. Revoke any link and it stops working immediately. The secret part of the link is only ever stored in a scrambled form, and it travels in the part of the URL that browsers don't send to servers.
